(1)- POLKINGHORNE SAYS – The quantum theory exemplifies humility. Nobody could have thought that something could be sometimes like a wave and sometimes like a particle. But we just had to accept and recognize this is just how the world works.

(2)- DAVID SIMON -- Simon, a bald, big-featured, unprepossessing man who looks more like hired muscle going gently to pot than the most critically acclaimed writer-producer working in television today. A new Simon series starts April 11.

(3)- ANIMALS/PEOPLE -- For centuries it seemed obvious what separated people from other animals: Humans have language, tools, plan for the future, and do any number of things that other animals don’t. But gradually the line has blurred.

(5)- WINDOWS 7 SECURITY CRACKED -- Despite the security measures included in Windows 7, two security researchers defeat the security provided to users running Internet Explorer 8 on top of Microsoft's latest operating system.

(6)- OLD AGE KIDNAPPERS NABBED – A gang of five retirees aged between 61 and 80 snatch a respectable American-born consultant from his home, drive him 300 miles in the boot of a car, hide him in a cellar, interrogate and beat him and are caught.

(7)- THE BELOVED TOMATO -- Researchers hope tomatoes can help battle cancer. A study conducted at Lund University, and reported in the Sydsvenskan daily, says tomato genes have been found to destroy cancer cells.

(8)- NEW AGE -- Geologists from the University of Leicester are among four scientists- including a Nobel prize-winner -- who suggest that Earth has entered a new age of geological time. It's the Anthropocene Epoch.

(9)- NEW INVENTION -- A California psychologist says she has invented a strappy device that lifts a woman's derriere like a bra lifts her breasts. It is the creation of Dr. Karin Hart and she calls it the "Biniki" butt. And she is currently patenting her work.
