()- POKERUM INTERRUPTUS -- One person has been injured in an armed robbery on the European Poker Tournament in Germany. Police say four robbers in disguises forced employees to hand over money (possibly $1 million), and then managed to escape.

(8)- OH DEAR -- The United States Secret Service's computers are fully operational only 60 percent of the time because of outdated systems and a reliance on a computer mainframe that dates to the 1980s.

(9)- OLDE SHIP -- The USS Olympia was the Navy's state-of-the-art flagship, a source of pride for a country flexing its muscles in the Battle of Manila Bay on May 1, 1898, announcing the US as an international power. Now it needs repairs.
