(6)- PASSING THOUGHTS -- Researchers say the average male turns his thoughts to sexual intercourse 13 times a day (4,745 times every year). In comparison, women think about sex just five times day – or 1,825 times a year.

(7)- HIGH STING REPORT -- A man has been stung by an irukandji jellyfish when he was splashed with seawater while fishing from a bulk carrier off north Queensland. The incident occurred 25 metres above sea level at Abbot Point north of Bowen.

(8)- TEENSPEAK -- A generation of teenagers who communicate via the Internet and by text messages are risking unemployment because their daily vocabulary consists of just 800 words, the Government's new children's communication tsar has warned.

(9)- TSUNAMI SIGN SCANDAL -- San Diego recently put up $1,500 worth of tsunami evacuation route signs, provided by the federal government. The city spent an extra $21,000 for their installation and to have replacement signs at the ready.
